The great thing about Gandhi is his great love. He was a man at home in his heart.

Gandhi was a man who opposed injustice with love.

Love moves all that is not love out of the way.

Love is the most powerful tool in any situation.

How do we deal with conflict, especially in our work environment?

Strong emotions are usually tied up with conflict which leads us to avoidence, eruption and other limiting strategies that do not necessarily lead to the resolution and peace that we seek.

What if we were fully present to our conflict? What if we see conflict as the opportunity to grow that it is?
