Spirit

Meditation is challenging and lifelong. And it offers its benefits slowly, over time.

Meditation introduces us to focusing. As you focus, you begin to see how your brain is not focused. We observe all the ways our minds leap from thing to thing.

As we meditate over time we come to know that there is an “observer.” As you orient to that, you begin to open to Spirit working through you. You begint to orient towards your truth in the moment.

We hold on to feel safe. And when we hold on to our consciousness we have a limited amount of space.

Albert Einstein had 2 rules. Rule #1 - There are no rules.

When we are willing to create space in our lives, there is an opportunity to make space for God. Learn to hang out in the spaceous. As every Spiritual Practice we teach brings space.

The heart of “Real Power” lies in our vulnerability. Real Power is something that arises in the moment.

Listen to Scott as he explores the “Real Power” that comes from our authentic moments with God.

Humankind is the power of God in Action. The Christ Spirit is imbued with all the qualities of God. Therefore you are imbued with all the qualities of God.

The rub is that with Spirit, the qualities of Spirit arise as needed in the moment. You can not call on them.
